My friend
tvted has just posted her top ten potential TV boyfriends. Having tried to do likewise, I got stuck almost immediately.
So far I have come up with...
- Rupert Giles (stop rollng your eyes)
- Angel (but only when he is bad, i.e. hardly ever)
- Johnson off Peep Show
- Wentworth Miller from Prison Break (prolly best if he doesn't try to speak though, cos he has a definite look of 'dumb hunk' about him)
- Some extraordinarily good looking piece of posh fluff whose name escapes me but he presents a lesser-watched property show (not the one with Kirsty ... anybody?)
- Moss from IT crowd (only kidding)
So, ummm... is TV really so sparsely populated with specimens that deserve my favour or am I suffering from temporary lust amnesia? Am I going to have to resort to Mr Darcy? (As an aside, shouldn't there be an influx of eastern european bad boys gracing our tellyboxes these days? Where are they all?)
Help me out people... who is hot on telly? Who?

The one with short hair from Supernatural
Jethro Gibbs from NCIS
Agent Mulder
Christopher Morris (in his Day Today newsreader guise)
Detective Stabler (not sure how it's spelt) from Law and Order Special Victims Unit
not really TV but absolutely drop dread gorgeous and fabulous so I'll have him on my list anyway: James Mason - but especially in the Wicked Lady, The Man Between, The Desert Fox
Christopher Eccleston without a beard - preferably chained up whilst being asked for information about daleks
Mr Pops often says when I voice my appreciation of the finer specimens to grace our screens 'well, he's got a c+ck and he's on the telly' and the vast majority of my squeezes are some kind of law enforcement cock.

In my defence I don't fancy Mr Eccleston in any other role or guise though, and looking at the list quite a lot of the characters on it have a military background too......
