Nov. 4th, 2011 09:13 pmHee ha! Princess Harriet's rise to fame continues unabated.
Not only is she Miss December and the face of Christmas for Hounslow Animal Welfare Society, but today I have received notification that she is going to appear in the December edition of Country Living magazine* in a special Readers Pets page! (Those of you who know me on FB might remember me submitting Harriet and Truffle's mugshots into their competition a while back). She has also apparently won a bag of posh pet food :-p
As usual, poor Truffle wasn't selected, but she's not sore about it. When Harriet's mincing gets a bit much, Truffle merely holds up one paw and says "Braaaain Damaaage!" in a singsong voice.
Anyway it's out for sale on November 10th so, even if you're not a regular reader, do at least pop into the newsagent's and peruse that page, you know you want to!
* yes I know I live in Twickers, but it's my guilty pleasure
